Advantages
Competitive Compensation: Base salary between $55,000 and $70,000 (negotiable upward for a Team Lead profile).

Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of submissions (approximately 40 quotes per day) and respond to customer email and call requests.
Perform product and industrial part research (MRO, mechanical, bearings, etc.).
Prepare quotes, verify delivery times, and handle order logistics.
Prepare and enter orders into the system, including the purchasing of certain products.
Ensure customer follow-up and basic after-sales service.
Work in close collaboration with other team representatives and related departments (repair, engineering).
For the potential Team Lead role: Coordinate the team, organize meetings and training sessions, and manage complex customer files.
Qualifications
Experience and Technical Skills
Experience in B2B Inside Sales, ideally in the sale of industrial parts or products.
Experience in Industrial Distribution: Understanding of the sector's logistics and operations (e.g., MRO, bearings, etc.).
Technical knowledge of industrial products (mechanical, bearings, transmissions, etc.) is a major asset.
Relevant diploma (DEC in Mechanical Engineering, DEP in Mechanics or Sales Consulting) is an asset.
Bilingualism is required as you will need to communicate with English-speaking customers, partners, and employees located outside of Quebec on a daily basis.
Personality Traits
Team Player: Must be a strong and collaborative team player.
Resilience and Maturity: Ability to not take difficult situations personally and to maintain a positive attitude.
Patience: Necessary for continuous learning of products and procedures.
