Job Title: Inventory Analyst and Supervisor

Do you have the right qualifications?
• Bachelor Degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills is a must.
• Ability to work independently, with a team, and lead a team.
• 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management and Purchasing.
• 2+ years Supervisory Experience.
• Ability to write Business Reports, Business Correspondence, and Protocols.
• In depth knowledge of Stocking, Inventory Turn Analysis, Inventory Ranking, and Financial Analysis.
• Able to interpret Business Periodicals, Procedures, and Journals specific to Government Regulations, Drawings, and BOL’s.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software’s.
• Experience in working in an ERP environment is an asset.
• Must be able to work with mathematical concepts that include probability and statistical inference and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to your work.

What will your role look like?
• Analyze recommended inventory level in regards to seasonal peaks, promotions schedules, and new product launches.
• Work closely with Inventory Managers as well as the Sales and Customer Service team to ensure the accuracy of Inventory levels.
• Review daily Inventory activities to ensure accurate files and catalog numbers are being kept.
• Oversee sourcing of materials from local suppliers.
• Keep Warehouse and Inventory yard highly organized for efficiency and cleanliness.
• Input material transactions into (OHM) system.
• Monitor scrap and substitution process for accuracy.
• Oversee ordering of raw materials.
• Act as Supervisor for the Materials and Logistics Manager in their absence.
