Our client in Dorval is currently looking for an administrator and inventory coordinator for a perfume company.
This person will be doing a various sort of jobs such as


PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
• Manage office files and project binders
• Check the stock received and enter it into the system (data entry required)
• Monitor shipments and approval of plans, technical data sheets, coordination
• Open new projects: internal systems and start of projects via ecommerce website
• Carry out administrative tasks
• Assist the President with all of their duties and daily responsibilities
• Transmit information to sales team and accounting team
• Verify and follow-up of change orders
• Facilitate the communication between the accounting department
• Entering calls in all CRM programs.
• Coordination of service department (aiding in scheduling, contacting clients, ensuring correct billing, matching of POs and bills)
• Prepare manuals for the end of the building site
• Calling Fed Ex/UPS to book shipments
• Communicate with general contractors, owners, project managers and architects to ensure the advancement and execution of the various stages of projects
• Other related tasks.

EXPERIENCE, COMPENTENCIES AND APTITUDES
• Experience in the cosmetics industry
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates great attention to detail and precision
• Very effective organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility and resourcefulness, a must
• Solution-oriented
• English spoken and written (French a surplus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
