Received and processing order requests by phones and emails
Coordinate the Warehouse services for shipments
Working with the warehouse team to manage inventory and stock allocation
Data entry of the inventory
Scheduling inbound movement
Scheduling outbound retail orders
Maintaining customers satisfaction & loyalty via email and phones
All related tasks
Qualifications
+1 year experience in a similar position, preferably in a Transport/Distribution setting
Multitasking capabilities
Professionalism and Good organizational skills
Able to find efficient solution to resolve issues quickly
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Bilingual (French & English)
