    Responsibilities
    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    - Management of incoming and outgoing orders
    - Oversee inventory accuracy
    - Adjustments, reconciliation and control of expiry dates
    - Product inventory control
    - Ensure excellent customer service
    - Real-time review and update of delivery status
    - Appointment scheduling for all dedicated departments and coordination with internal departments and external warehouses
    - Daily web and Excel reporting
    - Inventory management, invoicing and customer advice during waiting/hold times
    - All related tasks

    Qualifications
    WHAT YOU NEED :

    - +1 year of experience in a similar position
    - Demonstrate a high level of patience
    - Multitasking abilities
    - Professionalism and good sense of organization
    - Able to find an effective solution to solve problems quickly
    - Customers & Results oriented
    - Good computer skills (Excel+, Word, etc.)
    - Bilingual (French and English)
