Responsibilities
The role requires a balance between rapid data entry and essential support for our logistics and service departments.
Data Management (70%):
Daily entry and quick validation of high volumes of transactional data (customer orders, supplier invoices, goods receipts) within the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Creation and continuous updating of product sheets, pricing, and inventory information with 100% accuracy.
Simple data extraction and assistance with preparing weekly performance reports.
Coordination Support (30%):
Liaising with the logistics team to track the routing of orders and deliveries.
Responding to internal requests from sales or accounting regarding order status or the accuracy of entered data.
Managing and filing administrative documents, both digitally and physically (manifests, bills of lading, purchase orders
Qualifications
Education: Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP) or College Diploma (DEC) in office administration, general administration, or a relevant field.
Bilingualism: Functional in both French and English (a major asset for internal and external communication).
Software: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions), and strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or other integrated management systems).
Personal Qualities: Extreme rigor, fast typing speed, keen attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a data entry clerk, administrative support, or office clerk role within a logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
Experience in the electrical accessories, parts, or industrial equipment sector (an asset).
Experience with order management (order entry) and the validation of transport documents.
