Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will include various
administrative tasks, such as facilitating email correspondences, taking dictations, filing, data
entry, and basic office organization. A basic knowledge and interest in the insurance and
financial services industry is an asset.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Superb organizational and Microsoft office skills - especially excel.
- Experience in the industry - an asset.
- Strong English language and communication skills.
- Mathematically inclined.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Proactive when required to be.
- Internet savvy.
- Proficient in French - verbal more important.
