Randstad is now looking for an AP/AR Specialist in the Duncan and Chemainus area!

The Ap/AR Specialist has at least 2 years of recent experience and will play a vital role to ensure that all sales invoices are processed in a timely, reliable and accurate manner. Attention to detail and accuracy will be the hall-marks of this position to ensure the sales package is complete and all required documents are included.

Skills and attributes:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in both an AP role and AR role. 2-3 years experience would be ideal.

• Positive / “Can-Do” attitude working in a team environment
• Strong communicator
• Problem solver
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Work independently to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Excel and Word
• Strong at multitasking with ability to prioritize work-flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong mental fortitude and enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment.
