• Gather & analyze requirements from business
• Work with the developers to design and implement solutions
• Assist with change management and training activities
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Create & execute test cases and facilitate UAT
Qualifications
Must-have:
• 1 to 2 years of experience providing solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform
• 1 to 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 applications
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst developing business and functional requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience participating in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
• Ability to learn and quickly comprehend technical and business concepts
• Ability to work well under pressure and able to manage simultaneous priorities, pressures, and deadlines

Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
• Experience working with SharePoint Online and Teams
• Experience working with Microsoft’s Power Platform
• Experience using MS DevOps
• Experience working for public agencies and/or social service organizations
