Responsibilities
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and document business processes,
use cases, requirements, UAT scenarios and other artifacts as applicable for solution design and
implementation
• Review and provide feedback to the user stories/requirements from the vendors
• Engage in testing and quality assurance
• Assist with change management and training activities
• Provide technical and training support
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Must-have:
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst
• Experience in conducting sessions with the business stakeholders to collect and document requirements
• Proficient with M365 applications
• Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
• Ability to learn and quickly comprehend technical and business concepts
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Summary
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 or Power Apps Portal (Power Pages)
• Working for public agencies and/or social service organizations
• Prior portal implementation experience
• Customer service experience
