provide progress reports.
• Identify and raise any concerns or issues with the initiative leaders in a timely
manner and suggest solutions to help resolve problems.
• Meet all deliverables as per project timelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Change Management expertise to large scale, complex initiatives.
ADKAR is the standard methodology.
PROSCI certification will be considered an asset
