•Training
oTraining employees on Best Practices
oUpdating Training material document / videos
oKeeping up to date with the latest features from Microsoft, deciding which one is applicable / beneficial to rolling out the new feature including training
•Trouble Shooting
oFinding root of SP Functionality and resolving
oPOC for Canada employees with SP issues
•Other beneficial SP Skills (if little or no experience can be trained)
oAdvanced SharePoint skills
oKnowledge of Powershell
oKnowledge of SPFx (including JSON)
oProgramming Knowledge (Java Script / Java Script Vanilla / C#) - useful when learning SPFx
oWeb Development (CSS, HTML)
Power Platform Administrator (some but not all is preferred)
Managing Power Platform including:
•Understanding the Power Platform suite including Power Apps / Power Automate and the Dataverse
•Work with the various teams to identify how to best utilise the Power Platform suite for our needs
•Design and build low / no code solutions (where practical) to better automate process
•Create and manage technical IT documentation to support app management
•Understanding security roles for app management
•Development, testing and implementing apps
•Knowledge of Power FX (the functional language underpinning power apps)
•Understanding of Agile project management
•Understanding of DevOps
Other Skills
•Knowledge of other Microsoft apps including Teams, OneNote, Forms, Outlook etc
