Install, configure, and support software, hardware, printers, and phones

**Provide technical assistance in person and through different virtual platforms (Manage Engine Desktop Central)
Execute documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed
Qualifications

Knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, Cloud based backup solution/recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
Excellent interpersonal skills
General knowledge of the NIST Security Framework
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
