Your knowledge will be essential to take charge of project, operational and technological initiatives.You will be a member of a Squad that aims to innovate and develop new ways of integrating data and data sources into our assets, as well as making data available to our customers and consumers. To do this, we need you, your attitude and your talent.Mandate• Ensure the definition, planning, organization and delivery of projects in an agile delivery context.• Monitoring and linking of projects: communication, schedule, budget, resources, risks, performance and change management.• Develop an understanding of the business needs, specifications, issues, risks, context and components of the initiative.• Collaborate with a multitude of internal, external and matrix partners.• Create and communicate follow-up reports adapted to different audiences, complete and demonstrating high quality and mastery of information.• Manage requests for internal changes to the program as well as from consumer projects.• Mobilize and coordinate Squads to deliver value quickly while ensuring that customer needs are always met in a dynamic environment.• Participate in the budgetary evaluation of certain components of the project.• Be responsible for planning and monitoring the costs of assigned projects.• Follow the agile methodology and participate in improving our ways of working• Support the program director in monitoring and coordination• Help keep certain current deliverables up to date (product backlog, burndown chart, product backlog sunset, etc.).• Prepare and present progress statuses to the project committee and the management committee.• Follow-up of post-implantation results with the client.Required profileIf you set yourself apart by your desire to innovate, your curiosity, your pragmatism as well as your ability to learn and adapt, you are undoubtedly the member we are looking for to complete our team!
