Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator, NSO Technology manages and maintains project plans, schedules, budget, and resource allocation for New Store openings, inclusive of store openings, closings, renovations, and relocations. The Project Coordinator works in a collaborative and supportive manner with internal and external team members to ensure projects are delivered successfully. The Project Coordinator facilitates vendor and internal stakeholder meetings, ensuring overall timelines and budgets are met. This role works cross-functionally with construction and operations teams including Store Technology Deployment and Store Development Project Managers, Educator Help Centre, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Administrators, and reports to the Technology Team Lead, NSO Technology. The Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a record-keeping system for all documentation in accordance with lululemon’s Project Management Procedures, including the creation and maintenance of procedural documentation. The Project Coordinator collaborates with the lululemon team and vendor project managers to communicate relevant project information and status updates effectively and
accurately to technology and business stakeholders on store openings and closures as well as special technology initiatives. This role includes responsibility for Opex related activities including Store Closures and Administration related to store technology deployment operations.
The Project Coordinator assists the Team Lead in process improvement, automation and backend technical tasks when needed. The Project Coordinator has a forward-thinking mindset with execution at the forefront, and strong people skills relating to working with high-level team members.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of working in technology, 1 year of project coordination experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills including participation in meetings
• Positive, constructive attitude and a passion for developing this attitude in others
• Must be able to interact with business users, technical teams, and store teams
• Ability to work in a project team setting and a support team setting
• Ability to work autonomously
• Passion for the little details, both in project records and store experience
• Must be able to successfully manage and complete multiple tasks within established
