The Sales Talent Coordinator will partner with the Talent Acquisition Advisors to ensure successful recruitment of revenue generating roles.

• Scheduling candidates for assessments or interviews with talent acquisition advisors and hiring managers with an emphasis of providing a great, timely candidate experience.
• Sourcing and continuing to build a robust pipeline of Sales talent by sourcing candidates in LinkedIn (using tags/communication tools) and other online sources.
• Posting job ads in select job boards not linked to the applicant tracking system.
• Managing the logistics of job fairs, and other recruitment events.
• Keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Actively contributing to our continuous recruitment excellence initiatives and projects.
• Generate ad-hoc internal reports and respond to data accuracy requests.
• Effectively utilizing social media to increase company employer brand awareness.
• Administrative duties (e.g. creating PO’s, requisition processing, etc.)

• College/University Degree and 2 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
• Some sourcing experience leveraging a variety of platforms, systems, techniques, and assessment methodologies preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to leverage technology.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize the demands of multiple clients.
• A passion for recruiting and a willingness to bring creative ideas on ways to attract and deliver sales talent to the organization.
