Our client located in Mississauga is looking for a Software/Hardware sales Account Manager. If you have the outside sales experience and are a true hunter this role is for you.

Job Description: Account Manager / External Sales Executive
Reports To: Branch Manager Location: Mississauga
Purpose: To establish and increase flow of small ticket lease business from your regional IT and Office
Equipment dealer population and to process resulting flow of leasing transactions from small and medium
size business customers using the in-house and external software.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
„h Developing and maintaining a sales relationship with a portfolio of dealerships to increase use of
our products and services
„h Call to arrange meeting, visits, new business volume, cycle time, delinquency and other
performance targets set by management
„h Understanding, explaining and selling the lease product through dealers to customers, maximising
the various income opportunities available
„h Processing lease transactions using credit scoring and other software, interacting with dealer and
leasing customer as appropriate to close the transaction within our market leading turn-around
cycle time
„h Efficiently performing the follow-up administration and paperwork for completed lease transactions
„h Working efficiently and effectively with sales support partner and other team members.
„h Handling and resolving telephone enquiries from lease customers and dealers
„h Supporting and participating in the ongoing marketing of the dealer base through direct mail, visits
and telephone contact
„h Actively participating in growing the business, flexibly handling ad-hoc tasks and special projects
as they arise
„h Completing company sponsored training to better understand the sector, financial tools used and
sales skills
„h Training more junior staff and sharing experience with whole team
Experience and Skills:
„h Minimum two years account management sales with proven ability to generate a flow of repeat
business from initial sales contacts.
„h IT literate, numerate
„h Willing/eager to learn basic knowledge of financial analysis and credit
„h Team oriented
„h Flexible and willing to learn product and sector.
„h Motivated by bonus structure
„h Degree from University
Sector and financial product experience not necessary as training provided

Bonus Structure:
„h 0-35% Balanced Scorecard Bonus paid on basis of performance against volume and other targets,
set on a quarterly basis.
„h Additional Profit Margin Bonus scheme once implemented
