    Responsibilities
    Reporting to the IT Director, the incumbent based in West Island will be responsible for:
    •Respond to requests from company users and act as L1-L2 support;
    •Provide operational support to the stakeholder according to the aligned requirements;
    •Ensure the preparation of workstations for new employees;
    •Keep the inventory of computer equipment and the knowledge bank up to date;
    •Contribute to IT projects of the company;


    Qualifications
    To excel in this role, you will need the following technical knowledge:
    •2 years minimum experience as an IT technician / helpdesk;
    •AEC or DEC or DEP in computer science;
    •Knowledge of Windows server (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, etc.);
    •Knowledge of M365;
    •Bilingual (French and English);
    •Demonstrate solid autonomy;
    •Hold a valid driver's license and a car
