Responsibilities
The IT technician based in downtown Montreal will be responsible for:
•Respond to requests from enterprise users and act as L1-L2 support
•Provide operational support to the responder according to aligned requirements
•Ensure workstation preparation for new employees
•Maintain the hardware inventory and knowledge bank
•Contribute to the company's IT projects
•Coordinate ticket escalations if necessary
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need the following technical knowledge:
•AEC or DEC in computer science or equivalent experience
•Minimum 3 years of experience in information systems support or a related position
•Knowledge ofWindows operating systems (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, etc.)
•Knowledge of M365
•Demonstrate strong autonomy
•Knowledge of ticketing systems and ITIL principles
•Professional bilingualism (English/French)
•Excellent professional communication skills
