Are you an intermediate IT Sourcer that enjoys hunting for the very best talent in the market? Are perhaps working in an Agency and looking to gain corporate exposure? This is a 3 Month contract for a large IT company located in North York.

What does a day in the role look like?

• Support the TA team by building IT candidate pipelines and identify future needs
• Cultivate relationships with top talent in the market through social media strategies, job postings, and cold calling
• Build employer brand through networking events and meet ups
• Be the ultimate brand ambassador to attract top talent on company opportunities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sourcing IT experience
• Tech Savvy
• Excellent research, hunting and sourcing skills
• Knowledgeable and Passionate about the IT Industry
• Great rapport building skills
• Strong brand selling skills
