Responsibilities
The incumbent based in Saint-Eustache will be responsible for:
•Act as the first point of contact and respond to support requests from L1 and L2 of the company's users;
•Ensure the reliability, efficiency, performance and security of computer equipment in collaboration with system administrators and external firms;
•Travel to the various company locations, mainly on the North Shore of Montreal, in order to provide technical support;
•Ensure the preparation of workstations for new employees of the company and other peripherals;
•Contribute to the various evolution projects of the company's multi-site network architecture;
•Keep the inventory of computer equipment and the knowledge bank up to date.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need to possess the following technical knowledge:
•5 years minimum of experience as a computer technician;
•Knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory, GPO, etc.;
•Knowledge of M365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Azure, etc.);
•Knowledge of network protocols TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, etc.;
•Bilingual (French and English);
•Demonstrate strong autonomy;
•Be able to work outside of standard office hours on occasion;
•Possess a car and a valid driver's license.
