Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Team Leader, the incumbent of the Montreal-based position will be responsible for:
•Offer on-site and remote support to users, at the computer, office, telephone and networking levels
•Manage incidents and service requests from users
•Prepare and ensure the deployment of new workstations
•Maintain the inventory of computer equipment
•Participate and collaborate in upcoming IT projects
•Provide support outside of normal rotating working hours.
•Keep the knowledge bank up to date
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need to possess the following skills:
•AEC or DEC in computer science or equivalent
•2-3 years minimum experience as a computer technician
•Knowledge of Windows / Active Directory / GPO
•Knowledge of M365
•Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP
•Strong "customer service" orientation
•Able to work under pressure
•Bilingual (French / English)
