Responsibilities
As an IT technician, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our IT infrastructure and in particular:
•Perform daily IT support for employees;
•Participate in technological innovation projects;
•Ensure quality service for all IT operations;
•Report anomalies or failures in the operation of equipment;
•Provide the solutions required for optimal use;
•Manage and maintain servers in place;
•Diagnose and propose solutions to network problems;
•Document technical information and procedures;
•Be able to work independently, but also as a team within the IT team and/or with our suppliers;
Qualifications
You meet the following criteria:
•Degree in computer technology or equivalent experience
•You have 3 years of experience in IT
•Resourceful, autonomous and impeccable customer service
•Great knowledge of Windows (Windows 10, Active Directory, GPO, Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint)
•Virtualization Knowledge (VMware)
•Network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP)
•Knowledge of accounting software (an asset)
•Willing to move through our offices, occasionally, support on several sites in Greater Montreal
