Prospecting businesses, building relationships, negotiating, and signing agreements is what this role is all about on the sales side! Once the new clients are signed, you will be posting job ads on all the major websites through our internal, intuitive software. You will then start the screening process through our massive candidate pool of qualified applicants, book phone screens, virtual or in-person interviews in the branch, and present qualified applicants to the clients. You will be responsible for ongoing relationships with clients and candidates. One of the great things about working at Randstad is that no two days are exactly the same. Throughout your day, you'll tackle varied tasks dependent on what clients need that day. You will:- Build and reinforce client relationships through asking discovery questions- Prospect and meet with potential clients to assess the business potential- Learn about clients' needs and ensure they're met through our solutions- Hone your people skills and industry expertise- Skillfully interview new talent and touch base with the existing talent to ensure you are meeting or exceeding their expectations- Manage all administrative tasks in a timely mannerQualificationsSales and Recruitment at Randstad aren't for the faint of heart.
