Permanent position
Night Shifts: Continental - 6pm to 6am 2 days on 2 days off, with a 3-day weekend every other week,
4x10 Shift: Offering a night shift that's 4*10 hour shifts a week.
Salary: $28 - $33 per hour (based on certification and experience) with $5000 signing bonus

Responsibilities
As a Trailer Technician, a normal day would include:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on trailers, such as replacing brakes, repairing or replacing damaged panels, fixing electrical wiring, troubleshooting lighting issues, and addressing any other mechanical problems.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on trailers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Accurately document all repairs, maintenance tasks performed, and parts used in compliance with shop procedures.
- Perform Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of trailers to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve complex issues in trailer systems and working collaboratively
- Keep track of used parts, request new supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items.
Qualifications
What do you need for this position?
- Ability to obtain CVIP
- A certified Journeyman Technician or 2‐3 years of experience
- Manitoba Safety certification is a strong asset
- Willingness to relocate to Winnipeg
- Demonstrated diagnosing and time‐management abilities will be key to your success in this position
