Our client is seeking highly skilled and experienced welders to join their team for a dynamic career opportunity. We are currently looking for B pressure and CWB welders for fly-in/fly-out positions at various locations throughout Canada. The project starts in mid-March in Fort McMurray, Alberta, with a specific focus on outages. But the great news is that there are numerous opportunities available throughout the year.

As a part of this exciting role, you will be utilizing your IRATA rope access certification to work while suspended on ropes. This means you will be safely secured at various heights while executing your welding responsibilities, providing you with a unique and challenging work environment.

Advantages
- CWB welder wage: $41.30
- B Pressure welder wage: $43.55
- Premium of $2.50 when on ropes
- Employer arranged flights

- Consistent project work through to the fall
- IRATA course covered by employer
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding machines and equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure high quality standards are met
- Maintain and repair welding equipment and machinery
- Strong focus on safety at all times
Qualifications
- Journeyman certification
- Comfortable of working at heights
- IRATA certification (is a bonus)
- CSTS/BSO/CSO
- CWB or B pressure welder
- Confined Space.
