We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. This fly in / fly out Welder position will place you on a project in Fort McMurray, Alberta Canada. You would join a dedicated team on outages throughout Alberta. The ideal candidate would have experience in various welds completed in an industrial setting and have a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes.

Advantages
- JM wage of $44.42, with a $2.50 premium whenever on ropes
- FIFO will be arranged by employer.
- Camp or shared condo accommodations
- Meal allowance if in a condo
- Overtime after 8 hours in a day
- Consistent project work through to the fall
- Overtime pay kicks in after 8 hours.
- IRATA course covered by employer
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding machines and equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure high quality standards are met
- Maintain and repair welding equipment and machinery
- Strong focus on safety at all times
Qualifications
- Journeyman certification
- Comfortable of working at heights
- IRATA certification (is a bonus)
- CSTS/BSO/CSO
- CWB or B pressure welder
- Confined Space.
- Pre-employment testing may be required.
