If you are someone who likes to be a part of this kind of growth and love working with an amazing Director of Finance; please applyAdvantagesCompetitive compensation They would also enjoy the following; 2-3 weeks vacationExtended Health benefits (100%)Growth opportunitiesCPA support (Reimbursement and CPA mentorship)Responsibilities- Transferring and costing parts to branches, building kits in our accounting software for our manufacturing department, - Reviewing shipper/receivers to make sure all receiving is being recorded correctly in the accounting program,- Adding new items, adjusting pricing when vendors send out new cost lists,- Reviewing clearing accounts and inventory accounts to ensure they are being used correctly and following up on all issues. - There will also be occasions where you will be asked to help out with other accounting-related concerns as needed such as payroll, AP, AR, and cash management. - Ensure completeness of Inventory Transactions as related to cut-off reporting for reconciliations.- Review all Production recording, Receiving Records and Warehouse Transfers for Completeness.- Monthly reconciliation of the inventory clearing account.- An inventory accountant will work with the CFO and Assistant Controller on updating description, prices, entering new items into the accounting software.- Analyze inventory levels and usage to identify potentially excess or obsolete inventory parts.- Assist with improvements to and maintenance of internal controls related to inventory practices.- Respond to changing needs of the business, performing other tasks, as reasonably required.Qualifications• Accounting Diploma, Accounting Degree • A minimum of 2 years of Accounting experience or 2 years of inventory management experience • Ability to maintain good working relationships with personnel of other departments.• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally.• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining an “attitude” and confidentialityINDRDCA-F3SummaryIf this role looks interesting to you, and you're ready to take the next step in your professional career, apply today, apply now!
