Are you a recent accounting or finance graduate with 1 - 2 years of experience in an accounting environment? Do you have strong MS Excel skills and an understanding of MS Access databases?

We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to work an 8 week assignment in our client's Brossard, PQ office, who will be responsible for providing Accounts Receivable support related to outstanding client payments. Specific responsibilities will include:

- Identify customers whom we invoiced an amount of money based on an annual plan agreement basis
- Identify customers whom we invoiced an amount of money based on a runtime royalty reporting basis
- Understand the amount invoiced (any applied discount)
- Organize all the data into a consolidated and understandable format
- Compare the amount invoiced against the amount in agreements/reporting
- Calculate the amount due since last invoice
- Calculate any amount not invoiced in the last 7 years
- Consolidate data received by customers, in regards to the ‘sales reporting’ section, which is included in every annual agreement.

Qualifications
• 1+ years of previous accounting experience, preferably in an accounts receivable environment
• Knowledge and experience with both MS Excel and Access
• Strong communication skills (English, French, or Bilingual)
• Knowledge of the invoicing process
• Strong attention to details
