In this modern office located in central North York an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Junior Accounting Associate to join an innovative, expanding team at an exciting time of growth. The ideal fit will be someone who works well in a team environment, but can also work sole charge and take initiative in making decisions.

As the Accounts Payable Specialist your duties will include:

• Matching invoices to PO’s
• High volume invoice processing
• Post transactions to Journals & Ledger
• Reconciling invoices that are not automatically matched to PO
• Supplier reconciliations
• Supplier queries
• Process expense reports and petty cash reimbursements
• Weekly cheque runs, EFT’s and wire transfers
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
