    Title: Junior Accounting Technician
    Location: Pointe-Claire
    Salary: 42 - 47K (depending on experience)
    Start date: as soon as possible

    Responsibilities
    - Aiding collections department by flagging unpaid invoices & communicating with clients
    - Monitoring the order management system & collaborating with sales & warehouse teams
    - Support sales team with customer payments
    - Participating in month & year end process
    - Data Entry– validating and entering supplier invoices & expense reports
    - Assist with client requests & orders via telephone or email
    - Maintenance of clients’ accounting files and account status
    - Compile data and prepare variety of reports
    - Collaborate in projects related to all invoices to improve processes
    - Applying payments to invoices, preparing & sending statements, processing cheques received, preparing bank deposits & bank reconciliation
    - Other Adhoc Tasks

    Qualifications
    - AEC/DEC in Accounting
    - 0 - 1 year of experience
    - Bilingual
    - Knowledge using Excel
    - Experience with Sage 50 (an Asset)
