We are currently looking for a Junior Analyst - Sales Compensation to support our client, one of Canada's Big 5 Banks, in their downtown Toronto office. In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, and earn a competitive rate within the industry. As a Junior Analyst - Sales Compensation you will be responsible for processing sales staff compensation, assist with compensation related inquiries and investigations, and assist with testing of implemented changes where compensation process is impacted. This will include but not be limited to:

• Responsible for the processing sales staff compensation (Bi-Weekly)
• Assist with compensation related inquiries and investigations
• Assist with testing of implemented changes where compensation process is impacted
• Participate in process improvement activities related to compensation
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
• Generate ideas and identify business improvement opportunities
• Accountable for designing and implementing the required changes

• Gain experience working for one of Canada's best employers in the banking industry
• Work full time hours on a 12 month assignment
• Earn a rate competitive within the industry
• Downtown Toronto, ON location

• 2-3 years of related experience within the financial services industry, preferably processing sales commissions/compensation
• Possesses a university degree/college diploma
• Demonstrates solid knowledge of banking business with broad-based knowledge of investments
• Broad knowledge of Bank products, services, organization and Banking Group interrelationships
• MS Excel – advanced formulas, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and manipulation of large data files from various sources
• MS Access – Database structures, VBA, forms etc.
• SQL – creating SQL statements via AQT (Advanced Query Tool), MS Access etc. to extract data from various databases and build reports is an asset
• Demonstrates advanced writing and documentation skills
• Possesses problem-solving and analytical skills
• Well-developed process improvement skills
• Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills
