Responsibilities
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Planning routes and dispatching driver to location for local and USA trips
- Update customers on the status of their deliveries including any delays that occur
- Using LoadLink daily
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications
• Advance English speaking and writing, French is considered an Asset
• Must have advanced computer skills, experience using Loadlink is important
• Reliable worker, attentive and good attention to detail
• Problem solver with ability to identify issues and provide solutions quickly
• Team Player
