This person will be responsible for various administrative tasks from dealing with the graphics, entering orders online, merchandising, following up with the sales and customer service teams and other tasks as required.

Responsibilities
Graphics
Ensure all brand and marketing collateral follow the brand guidelines
Creation and design of POP materials, promotional items, catalogs, etc.
Partner with internal team to define and scope customer specific graphic, POP
and promotions that fit the brand and meet requirements
Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources
Create content and manage social media platforms based on quarterly calendar
Qualifications
Skills Required
Diploma in graphic design or equivalent
Bilingual (spoken and written)
Comprehensive knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Experience in photography an asset
Web / CSS basics an asset
Experience in Office Suite
Organized and able to work in a team and equally autonomously
Project management skills an asset
