Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain governance reports, including metrics on compliance, risk management, and internal controls
-Make recommendations to clients based on gaps and areas of improvement
- Research and stay up to date on related regulations and policies
-Provide clients with accurate and reliable data
-Keep up to date with recent developments related to governance
-Assist with implementing procedures to improve governance and compliance
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and interest in Capital Markets
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient in using data visualization tools, Excel, spreadsheets, and databases
-Post-secondary education that provides transferrable theoretical skills of Qualitative and Quantitative analysis

Compensation: 60,000-75,000 per year
