No experience is required in transport sales, looking for professional entrepreneurial sprits who wants to get into sales and learn the transport industry. Uncapped commissions!

Responsibilities
- Building your book of business by prospecting potential new clients and lead generating.
- Utilize system as well as web based load boards to book and track shipments of freight
- Multi-task and get accurate updates for sales
- Negotiate rates with carriers
- Maintain relationships with your existing clients
- Cold calling to sell everything from small parcels to trucking to international air and ocean logistics shipments
Qualifications
• Advance English speaking and writing, French is considered an assett
• Must have at least 1 year experience in sales, transport industry is considered an asset but not required
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solver with ability to identify issues and provide solutions quickly
• Must be able to overcome issues and resolve problems
• Must be comfortable on the phone and have great communication skills.
• Strong negotiating skills and the ability to develop relationships with carriers are a must.
