    We are currently seeking to hire 5 junior Sourcing Specialists for our internal team at Randstad.

    Job Title: Junior Sourcing Specialists

    Location: Downtown Montreal

    Type of position: Temporary, Full time (37.5 hours)
    4 months contract with a great possibility of permanency

    Hybrid mode: remote work & in-office - flexible

    Responsibilities
    As a Junior Sourcing Specialist, you will be able to participate in the Group's development plan by using your skills for the following responsibilities:
    • Manage the preliminary recruitment cycle, for technical positions;
    • Participate in various virtual job fairs;
    • Support managers throughout the hiring process;
    • Collaborate with Account Executives for various sourcing projects;
    • Perform all other tasks related to Sourcing strategies.
    •Draft job descriptions in English or French
    •translate a job description form one language to the other
    •use our internal platforms to search for candidates
    •reach out to the candidates via phone, email or text.

    Qualifications
    -Fluently Bilingual (spoken & written)
    -Good working knowledge of Google Docs/Slides
    -High Customer Service Relations
    -Ability to navigate easily through Word/Excel
    -Good written skills (English & French)
    -Eager to learn
    -Able to work in a fast paced team
