We are seeking energetic, reliable candidates with experience working in an industrial/warehouse environment. As a Labourer you are hard-working, reliable, and have a keen attention to detail. You will be assisting in the manufacturing of precast concrete, and lifting up to 50lbs consistently. Previous experience in the precast manufacturing industry and construction is considered an asset. You must be detail orientated, able to learn quickly, and able to work and keep up in a physically demanding environment, lifting up to 50lbs. The right candidate must also have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and be eager to work! Other general housekeeping duties as required within the manufacturing, or production environment. Forklift experience and certification are considered an asset but not required.
If you have experience working as a Labourer, whether it be in a manufacturing, or a production environment, we want to meet with you. If you have little to no experience, we also have some entry-level positions available for those looking to gain experience within distribution, manufacturing, and production.

Responsibilities
- Operate mobile equipment on plant property (loader, haul truck, water truck, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness of plant work areas
- Assist with plant tasks including lubrication, maintenance, repairs
- Transport materials to and from storage and shop areas
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures; assist with physical inspections of plant property/departments.
Qualifications
•High School diploma or GED required
•Previous experience in a precast manufacturing and construction industry an asset
•Experience using (or ability to learn) plant mobile equipment
•Desire to work cooperatively as part of a productive team
•Ability to work safely, and independently without constant supervision
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•In good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., sit and stand for extended periods of time
•Ability to work different extended hours, holidays and/or overtime as required
