Responsibilities
- Receive title insurance orders by phone, portal, online and email
- Review underlying documentation including title reports, searches, surveys and other related documents
- Underwrite and prepare title insurance policies
- Respond to consumer inquiries regarding policy coverage, underwriting, prices, and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and sustain great customer connections.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working as a real estate law clerk
- Professional and customer service-oriented, with great communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to pay attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Law Clerk designation preferred
- Title insurance experience an asset
