We are recruiting for a leader to provide direct support to a Operations Manager and to work with 7 of the top banks in Canada. This 12 month contract requires strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service to lenders, brokers, lawyers, and banks.

- HYBRID (3 days in office)
- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Late shifts (10:30 am-7:00 pm) to provide vacation coverage when needed
- $25-$28/ hour
- 2 weeks of vacation
- New renovated office with amazing kitchen and onsite gym
Responsibilities
-Providing direct support to the Operations Manager
- Completing monthly audits for clients
-Handling escalations between lenders/ brokers
-Analysis of documentation, document preparation and response to customer inquiries within established timeframes
-Provide guidance and instruction to the team in the resolution of title defects or customer service issues while adhering to risk management policies and elevating to the Manager or Underwriting where required
-Prepare, analyze and action Lender reports within established deadlines
-Assist in the development of training plans for new staff and ongoing cross training within the team
-Collaborate with the department manager in the design, implementation and delivery of new functional training
Qualifications
-Law clerk designation or equivalent experience is required
-Managerial or Supervisor experience
-Strong leadership skills
-Strong Mortgage background is required
-Intermediate computer skills in MS Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
-Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Flexibility to work additional hours as required
