Location: Burlington, ON (Hybrid role)
Salary: $50/Hour
Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension)

Responsibilities
• Responsible to ensure that global tools and learning offers are used: keeping leadership development, team- and change offer up-to-date, and
coordinates learning solutions with Learning & Development team
• Leads and implements global leadership development program portfolio and secure implementation and usage of assessment tools
• Facilitates leadership trainings as the internal expert on leadership
• Build and facilitates change and team interventions to support organizational development
• Contributes to a high standard of excellence within the People & Culture domain including identifying, communicating, localizing and delivering
Leadership, Team and Change Development content to relevant target groups
Qualifications
• You have a minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Development (leadership development/ competence management/ succession
management)
• You have a proven record of developing people and organizations
• You have experience from a global matrix organization and/or participating on global projects
• You have experience designing content in Articulate
