What does your day look like?
As a Learning Architect Trainer with our Vancouver client, you will:
• Develop curriculum framework.
• Conduct institutional research and analysis on learners.
• Create learning and performance objectives using a KSA framework.
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods.
• Conduct industry research to inform the design of the curriculum.
• Create and deliver training modules.
• Collaborate with project team.

How do you qualify?
To be considered for the Learning Architect Trainer role with our Vancouver client, you must have:
• 3-5 years’ work experience in instructional design.
• 2-3 years’ experience in lesson and curriculum planning.
• 2-3 years’ experience in course development software and at least one Learning Management System.
• 2-3 years’ experience implementing learning strategies and delivering training sessions.
• Experience with writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/voice scripts.
• Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience implementing computer driven systems and creating high-quality presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
• Excellent written/verbal grammar and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback.
• Experience in behavioural science or design-led thinking an asset.
• Prior exposure to Planning & Allocation with in a retail environment preferred.
