Randstad Staffing - Canada's #1 staffing agency is currently looking for an Immigration Legal Assistant. You would join a great law firm in downtown Winnipeg with a family-like company culture.

Duties will include:

- Prepare legal documents and keeping organized while maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Gather supporting documents and prepare application packages, submissions, reports etc.
- Prepare Statements of Account
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Interacting with government officials, organize seminars and book travel arrangements
- Communicate with government officials
- Reception relief if required
- Other administrative duties as required

Advantages
- $30,000 - $47,000 depending on experience

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an immigration legal assistant with a legal assistant diploma
- Well organized, having attention to detail and able to multi-task
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritize a heavy workload
- Great communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Previous knowledge of PC Law is required
- Ability to handle sensitive information, sense of ethics and handle yourself in a respectful and tactful manner
