Responsibilities
Writing and transcribing texts and correspondence (including litigation files)

- Prepare court proceedings, contracts and other legal documents;
- Manage client files;
- Take telephone calls;
- Preparing agendas and monitoring deadlines;
- Time recording and billing preparation;
- All other related tasks;
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in legal secretarial work;
- Excellent knowledge of French and English, both oral and written;
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook;
- Superior typing skills (fast and accurate typing);
- High degree of autonomy and flexibility;
- Maturity, diplomacy and professionalism;
- Rigor, organization and attention to detail;
- Initiative and adaptability;
