Responsibilities
Prepare, draft and revise correspondence, procedures and various documents of a legal nature
Responsible for forwarding various documents to the TAH, CNESST and civil law courts;
Provide meticulous support for the management of the lawyers' agendas and emails by organizing the logistics of their travel;
Open, organize and file physical and virtual files and ensure follow-up and monitoring of deadlines;
Prepare follow-ups on accounting requests;
All other related tasks;
Qualifications
Holder of a professional diploma in legal secretarial studies;
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position;
Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite;
Fluency in French, both oral and written;
Experience in CNESST (an asset);
Experience in labour law;
Professionalism and concern for providing quality customer service;
Autonomy, flexibility, ability to deal with several stakeholders, proactivity and initiative;
Positive attitude demonstrating an openness to change and team spirit;
Organizational skills, rigor and priority management.
