Respond to requests for information related to business activities
Ensure the accuracy of the membership roster data
Provide administrative and operational support for management files
Legal support for the department
Qualifications
Bilingualism, both oral and written
Legal knowledge is an asset
Experience in secretarial work
Proficiency in MS Office software.
Organizational ability and prioritization of tasks
