Responsibilities
-Meeting coordination, scheduling, travel arrangements, and events planning support.
-Legal administration support with formatting, editing, preparing, and drafting legal documents.
-Financial support with billing, account payable and accounts reconciliation.
-Provide direct support to the senior partner, corporate law division, and CFO, finance division.
Qualifications
-College or university diploma in business, commerce, law or any related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, in legal and finance & accounting.
-Great communication skills, confidence and a sense of ownership and responsibility.
