We have partnered with our client in a busy personal injury practice in searching for their next Office Administrator and Receptionist!
Position: Receptionist / Office Admin.
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Mississauga, ON.
Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Calendar management
- Answering and making calls to clients, adjusters, lawyers and other parties
- Completing initial file opening tasks, filing faxes, emails and scanning
- Obtaining information from clients
- Making requests, completing and faxing documents
- Uploading efaxes
- Scheduling meetings with clients, adjusters and lawyers
- Maintaining client relations via email, letters and phone calls
- Ensuring documents are prepared prior to client intake meetings
Qualifications
- Must have legal office administration experience or related personal injury law/administration experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to be resourceful, organized, and work with minimal instruction or supervision;
- The ability to work within tight timelines to meet deadlines, reassessing priorities as needed;
- Self starter with excellent critical thinking skills
- Being proactive and taking initiative in anticipation of the next steps on an assigned task
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) when dealing with lawyers, clients, and third parties
- Excellent spelling, grammar, proofreading skills, strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, One Drive, Mac operating system
- Comfortable learning new technology
