The demand for Legal Clerk's in Edmonton's Downtown Core is growing exponentially. We are looking for strong candidates with experience in the Legal Field looking for their next great employment opportunity. If you are interested please reach out to us.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Administrative and general office tasks (filing, records management, drafting letters, billing)
• Filing and storing documentation
• Assisting with preparing meeting rooms for Lawyers and their clients
• Supporting a team of Legal Assistants and taking on back office duties

Qualifications

The qualified Law Clerk will be able to demonstrate many key competencies including:

• Completion of a recognized post-secondary Diploma as a Legal Assistant
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Law office or a practicum through a post secondary institution
• Not less than two professional references from someone that you reported to in your previous roles
• Proven ability in Microsoft Word and Excel (applicants will be tested)
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Experience with programs like Legal Suite and DocuSign are considered an asset but are not required
