Our client, a customer contact center, in the insurance field in downtown Montreal, is looking for liaison officers to expand its team.

You would be responsible for identifying the customer's needs and transferring the call to an insurance broker. The objective: to promote the company's services and products by making outgoing calls using a call generator.

Main responsibilities :

- Collect information and/or obtain insurance policy renewal dates

- Transferring calls to brokers

- Identification of customer needs

- Record Data

Position: Liaison / Insurance Agent
Full-time employment: 40h/week
Salary: $17.20/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11am to 8pm

Qualifications
- Bilingualism English-French

- High school diploma (DES) or vocational diploma (DEP) obtained or diploma equivalents
